Payment Options:

We will accept a Personal check via mail if the reservation is booked at least 4 - 6 weeks ahead of Arrival.

All stated prices reflect Base Pricing for checks plus tax is not included.

Non-cash prices for payment other than check (i.e. Paypal, credit cards) are 3.1% additional.

If arrival date less than 4 weeks, we will accept only a Credit Card payment.

Your condo cleaning fee will be added to the rental amount along with taxes.

Special arrangements can also be made for last minute reservations.
