Payment Options:
Most Owners will accept a Personal check via mail if the reservation is booked at least 2-3 weeks ahead of Arrival. All stated prices reflect cash discount pricing for checks plus tax is not included. Non-cash prices for payment other than check (i.e. Paypal, credit cards) are 3.1% additional. If arrival date less than 2 weeks, owners will accept either a Cashier's Check or PayPal payment. $135 cash (or check made to cash) for your condo cleaning must be left on kitchen counter on departure, for the housekeepers.
Special arrangements can also be made for last minute reservations. Our local contacts can meet you right at the condo upon arrival to take your payment.
